Billing and Shipping Address
Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information, exactly as it appears on your bank or credit card statement.
Our payment portal also requires that your billing address matches your shipping address. If your Card billing and shipping info does not match your order will be cancelled and refunded.

On some occasions your order may require further verification prior to shipping.
You will be required to provide general information and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact you promptly after your order has been placed.

BOUJEE BARBS strongly advises not to wait until the last minute to place your order. We suggest you plan for any unanticipated delays.
Once you place an order, we work rather quickly. We will keep you updated on where your order is, from the time you submit it up until it is delivered to you.

- Once we've received the payments we pack and send your order.
- You receive your order in the mail.
Our order cut-off time is 12 PM EST. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays:
- In-stock items orders are usually processed within 1-3 business day.,
- Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
- No deliveries on weekends and Holidays.
- During periods of high volume, processing may take longer. We ask for your understanding and patience.
- Order modifications are not permitted once an order is submitted. This includes changes to products, shipping methods, addresses, and cancellations.
**Wholesale and Custom Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days.
Signature on Delivery
Your package may require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available to sign, you can request to hold the package at a nearby location for pickup.

- All US packages are sent via UPS/DHL/FedEx 2-5 Business days with signature required.
- Shipping delays, including overnight shipping, are beyond our control and no refunds will be issued for such delays.
- Direct all inquiries regarding delays to the respective shippers and raise a case before contacting us. If assistance is needed, email support@boujeebarbs.com.
- We are not responsible for any hair appointment cancellations or delays.
Product Availability
If a product ordered is momentarily out of stock, we will let you know and work out the best solution for your needs.
Terms of sale are based on availability. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving an alternative product that may be available. If we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement and you wish to terminate the sale, we will refund the amount charged to your original payment method.
Refund and Responsibility
- We do not ship to PO Boxes nor do we ship to APO/FPO/Military Addresses; orders with such addresses will be cancelled.
- BOUJEE BARBS does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
- All returns and 'return to shipper' shipment costs are non-refundable.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
- BOUJEE BARBS does not provide refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged orders in transit.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot amend addresses post-purchase. If the order returns due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment after paying the additional shipping fee. We cannot guarantee the same prices or stock availability for reorder.
International Shipping
- International deliveries typically take 3-7 business days and are shipped via FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT.
- International shipping costs do not cover tariffs/Customs charges by your home country.
- Customs clearance, additional taxes, fees or duties, and paperwork are the customer's responsibility.
- BOUJEE BARBS reserves the right to change the delivery method to a comparable one.
- Shipping charges may vary from the carrier's actual rates.
* Please keep in mind that express shipping does not speed up the processing time on your order.

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 1-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (2-5 business days for domestic and 3-7 business days for international).

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. In addition, you can also check the status of your order by filling in your order number and email address or phone number.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at support@boujeebarbs.com.
Will I be charged VAT Taxes?
Items that are shipped to international destinations are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
