Damages and issues
Exchanges:
We always strive to make sure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you've purchased, you may exchange it for a selection of equal or greater value under the following conditions:
Exchange Time Frame: You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange request after 30 days will not be honored.
Product must be in original condition: Product should be unused and in its original condition; unwashed and not combed, picked brushed or otherwise altered.
According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. If the product you are trying to exchange is received in any other condition it will be returned to you in the same method as your original order at your expense.
Replacement Value: Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. Please be forewarned, no credit will be given if you select a replacement of a lesser value.
Shipping Charges: You will be required to pay shipping back both ways. In order to process an exchange, the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.

SHIPPING CHARGES & FEES
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only cover the product amount, minus applicable shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
- If a product returned was originally shipped with FREE shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including exchanges and any additional fees incurred for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your return/exchange will be processed, and you will be given the option to have the item either re-shipped to you, be provided with a store credit so that you can make future purchases on our website, or have the amount refunded back to your original method of payment. In the event that your return is not accepted then you (the buyer) will bear the cost of having the item returned back to you.
Terms of Exchange, Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom/made-to-order products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as skin & hair care or beauty products).
- If you got a damaged/defective item, we will replace it or issue a store credit.
- Items bought on sale or in situations where a discount was applied cannot be exchanged or returned.
- For health reasons, we cannot provide exchanges on hair that has been worn, colored, washed, or manipulated.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the products purchased must be in the original condition that they were delivered to you. Products that have been tampered with are not eligible for refunds.
- We do not provide exchanges on orders where the final price paid is below $50
- A 15% handling & restocking fee may be charged in the event an return/exchange is approved.
- You will cover the cost of shipping your item back to us.
- If an item purchased became defective after use, we cannot provide an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, you have to make a complaint within 7 days of the delivery window. You also need to ship back the item within 7 days.
- Shipping fees cannot be refunded as store credit. Only the cost of the item can be refunded as store credit.
- You cannot request for more than 1 exchange per order. Every subsequent exchange after the first exchange on the same order will be denied.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Please do not send your purchase back to any address other than the address provided by our team via email.
